Billy Barbo has served as the pastor of the Circleville First Baptist Church family since January 1, 2008. He grew up in Natchitoches, Louisiana, a county seat town with a strong French heritage. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in religious education from Louisiana College in Pineville and a Master of Divinity Degree from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. He has also done postgraduate work toward a Doctor of Ministry Degree at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. Billy has pastored churches in Ohio for over twenty years.

His wife, Charlotte is from the Cleveland area. She enjoys singing with the church’s praise team and plays keyboards. She also serves actively in the women’s ministry. They have two adult children, Adrianne and Bradley. Billy’s interests include reading, walking, spectator sports, and jet skiing on warm, sunny days.
