Christian Citizen - July 4 Message
“We hold these truths to be self-evident: That all
men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights; that among these are life,
liberty, and the pursuit of happiness . . .” And
so reads our nation’s Declaration of Independence which was written on July 4, 1776. We declared our independence from
the king of Great Britain. Have you discovered the freedom that only Christ can give? Perhaps on this holiday weekend you
will declare your own freedom by choosing God for your Lord.
